How to open Paytm payment bank account

The country's most popular digital payment platform Paytm had opened its payments bank for everyone last month.


Paytm payments were in Bank beta phase since it was launched earlier in May. Users could only sign up through the invite based system at the time of launch. But now, as with any other bank account, Paytm payments bank can also open the user savings account in the bank.

The first thing to open a saving account at Paytm Payments Bank,


you must download the latest version of your Paytm app then Open the app and then click the Bank account Icon. Now read carefully the terms and conditions, and then tap for further processing. Set the passcode and then confirm.

Then enter your Aadhar card number and process. After giving all the necessary information, you must add a Nomine or you can also choose the option "I don't want to add a nominee".

Then you have to enter your address. If you have made a purchase from Paytm, you will see a previously-stored address or you can also fill out a new address.  For KYC customers, if you are a KYC customer you do not need to do anything and your account will open in a few minutes.

 

Non-KYC customers must provide all the necessary information for KYC. You will then receive a call from Paytm representative to take the appointment to complete all the necessary paper verification. Your saving account will be opened after the Paytm representative has been successful after the house.

 

You will receive a message on your registered mobile number after the Paytm bank account is opened. Also, a virtual Rupay debit card will be found in the account. An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered mobile number when you perform an online transaction with the virtual  Rupay card.

How to deposit money in a savings account


first way: You can go to ' Add Money ' to access your account and then select the ' Savings account '. Now, you can transfer money through Imps or NEFT to your Paytm bank account by going to the other bank account's app.

Go to your nearest Paytm branch and deposit the cash by going to your savings account. Now the Paytm bank account has the same flagship branch.  Paytm is not going the start  his ATM. However, its debit card can be used up to five times in non-metro ATMs without paying any fee, and three times at the Metro City ATM. It will then charge Rs. 20 for each time the cash is withdrawn, while a fee of Rs. 5 is charged for other transactions such as balance check.
